We offer full service pallet removal with competive pricing for resellable pallets. While larger companies want tractor trailer load minimums, we will entertain (almost) any amount. We are always looking for new pallet sources.
Small quanities of odd sized pallets/crates/2x4s etc, mixed in with your standard sized scrap pallets are no problem, we will take it to recycle and reuse what we can. Keeping you cleaned up is our priority.
Charged "junk removal" may have to apply for excessive amounts. Please inquire with photos.
While our focus is on pallet recycling, we do offer our customers some other services as part of being a complete recycling solution provider
Disposing of small quanities of cardboard can be inconvenient, as it rapidly fills waste bins and occupies valuable warehouse space, increasing costs. Large-scale recyclers typically find it uneconomical to dispatch a trailer for a few bales or a couple loose packed skid loads. We can handle the cleanup, at no additional charge.
Scrap metal/electronics accumulate dust waiting on your uncles scrap guy friend to arrive and clear it out- tying up valuable warehouse space in the process. If we're already picking up your scrap pallets and cardboard, we can likely clean up the scrap metal/electronics as well! Depending on the value, we'll even split the cash!
Metro Pallet Inc offers pickup services for scrap, used, or excess wooden pallets to support recycling and sustainability. However, please note the following important terms:
Minimum Quantity Required — We typically require a minimum of 50–100 pallets (depending on location, condition, and current logistics) for scheduled pickups to be feasible and cost-effective. Smaller quantities may not qualify for free pickup and could incur fees.
Final Determination by Metro Pallet Inc— The total number of pallets we accept, the grade/condition assessment (e.g., reusable, repairable, or scrap), and any compensation offered (if applicable) are determined solely by our team upon inspection at pickup. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or adjust quantities based on quality, safety, accessibility, and market conditions.
Preparation & Access — For efficient service, pallets should be stacked neatly (e.g., in piles of 15–20), accessible by truck/forklift/pumptruck, and free of contaminants (excessively dirty, hazardous materials, etc.). You must provide safe access and any necessary loading assistance (e.g., forklift/driver if required).
No Guarantees on Acceptance or Payment — While we aim to recycle as much as possible, we cannot guarantee pickup of every pallet or payment for all items. Damaged, non-standard, or contaminated pallets may be declined or accepted without compensation.
Liability Limitation — Metro Pallet is not responsible for any damage to property, delays, or issues arising from the pickup process beyond our direct control. By requesting pickup, you agree to these terms.
